We offer professional repair, restoration, and maintenance services for luxury timepieces. All services are carried out by certified watchmakers with extensive experience.
Initial consultations and quotes are free of charge. Final pricing will be provided before commencing any work. All prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payments must be made in full before watches are returned. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and Twint (within Switzerland).
We offer secure shipping options for both receiving and returning timepieces. LuxClockFixPro is not responsible for any damage or loss during transit unless caused by our negligence. Insurance is available upon request.
If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your timepiece, under the following conditions:
All repairs are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of delivery. The warranty covers the specific service performed but does not extend to unrelated faults or misuse.
All website content, branding, and logos are the intellectual property of LuxClockFixPro. Use of any material without permission is prohibited.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Solothurn, Switzerland.
